Track & Trace
Each shipment has his own unique tracking number where you can check the status of the order. You will receive the tracking number by email.
Do not receive package?
Is your order not delivered? Please check the Track & Trace code that you received from us. It is possible that a delivery is delayed due to circumstances (eg public holidays).
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days after the invoice date of the order.
Products can only be returned if the package has not yet been opened in the original status.
With an opened package, a value reduction of 100% can be charged.
Return costs
Please note that the shipping costs of the returns are at your own expense.
Refund
We pay the entire purchase price excluding shipping within 14 days after we have received the package.
